Kaitlin Fitzgerald is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine with a deep passion for holistic health and integrative healing. She earned her doctorate at Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego, where she studied Japanese-style acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Korean hand therapy, as well as completing advanced training in facial acupuncture with world-renowned expert Shellie Goldstein.
Her journey into holistic medicine began while working as a CNA caring for seniors with dementia, where she was inspired to find natural, supportive approaches to aging and memory care. This led her to pursue Ayurvedic Medicine, earning a Bachelor’s in Physiology and Health and becoming a certified Ayurvedic Health Consultant. Kaitlin’s own health challenges further fueled her dedication, guiding her toward Pacific College where she blended her love for Ayurveda with her advanced doctoral studies, while also gaining valuable experience in an oncology laboratory.
Following her graduation, Kaitlin was invited to join the faculty at Pacific College, where she continues to teach and mentor the next generation of holistic practitioners. She is committed to lifelong learning and brings together the wisdom of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and her medical background to provide a comprehensive, individualized approach to healing.
Kaitlin specializes in supporting clients with autoimmune and neurological conditions, TMJ, chronic pain, fertility, and hair loss. She is also passionate about natural beauty, offering cosmetic acupuncture and microneedling to rejuvenate the skin and restore hair growth. Her mission is to empower clients with the tools and care they need to achieve balance, vitality, and lasting wellness.
Josh Reynolds is a licensed massage therapist with a passion for restoring mobility and helping individuals live pain-free, balanced lives. Since beginning his career in 2015, Josh has continually expanded his expertise, earning certifications in both Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) hypnosis and cryotherapy in 2023.
Driven by a deep belief in the mind-body-spirit connection, Josh takes a holistic approach to healing, combining therapeutic bodywork with alternative modalities to support each client’s physical and emotional well-being. In addition to his work with people, Josh is also a skilled horse trainer with a lifelong love for equestrian pursuits. Jessica Garbutt is a seasoned counselor with over 12 years of experience serving individuals throughout the Northwest. She is deeply passionate about guiding people through emotional healing, personal growth, and lasting transformation.
Jessica is certified in Raindrop Therapy, Vita Flex, Aroma Release, and Essential Oil Chemistry—modalities she weaves into her holistic approach to wellness. Her journey through adoption and the transformative experience of parenting two children shaped her understanding of trauma and emotional resilience. This led her to become a certified Emotion Code practitioner, using muscle testing to identify and release trapped emotions with compassion and precision.
In addition to her counseling and healing work, Jessica is a certified life coach and a somatic healing practitioner. Her sessions often integrate breath work, essential oils, and intentional movement to support deep emotional release and reconnection with the body.
Now relocating to Tennessee, Jessica will continue to serve her loyal Prescott-area clients through remote sessions and virtual support. Her commitment to accessible, heart-centered healing remains steadfast as she expands her practice to new communities.
